[Nathan stopped at the clinic, mostly because he figured if she had been hurt, that she'd end up there. It's what parents do. They check hospitals and police stations... and instead he found Elle. Elle who when he mentioned that Claire was missing, Elle realized that is what she overheard Sam saying when he was untying her before Ruby did whatever she did... now Nathan is pissed... so he's adding this in]

Elle Bishop is in the clinic, and she's been attacked tortured by Sam Winchester. She told me that she overheard Sam mention Claire, but hadn't recalled the details of it until I came to see if she was in the clinic.

If anyone can help me find her. Or Sam. Or anyone.

Please.

Updated: Thank you to everyone that helped me find Claire. She's safe, and resting now. Everyone worked so swiftly and accurately I am just relieved that she has such amazing friends. Thank you again, so very much.
