[Sasuke was walking around the castle, a tour to acquaint himself with the surroundings and to see if he recognized any names. Of course he did. Saw one that sent him running down eleven flights of stairs to the fifth floor, which now records the sound of a door flying open and heavy panting picked up by the journal, out of breath from running. The door is slams shut hard behind him as Sasuke returns to Naruto's room, glaring at him, voice hardened compared to the normal, light tone he had taken on all week]

He's here! He's here and you didn't tell me? What the hell possessed you to think it was ok not to tell me that he, of all people, is in the castle? Why?! [He approaches him now, uncomfortably close and threatening to snap and take his anger out on him but his self-restraint wins out, a reminder in his subconscious that this is his best friend] Don't tell me you didn't know.

(ITACHI)

[His writing is messy, the filter scribbled across the page and just legible enough, too angry to think of writing neatly] You're supposed to be dead!

[was innocently flipping through the journal when Sasuke suddenly comes bursting in and he gets up; his first instinct is that his loss ended and he panics only for a moment, until realizing what Sasuke's saying makes no sense at all]

[Sasuke steps closer when Naruto moves further away and even though he can keep his physical temper in check, the anger is slowly leaking into each thing he says, every word articulated and enunciated perfectly, tone deathly calm]

It is not the best because you didn't tell me. No warning, no mention, just allowing me to be ignorant to the fact that there is a known criminal and murderer only a few floors from us. Did you not have the safety of our friends considered or is it just something that every one knew and neglected to even think to mention to me?

There are a lot of things you don't know about him. He's not dangerous, especially here.

[The truth is basically the last thing Sasuke needs to hear about Itachi at this point and he probably wouldn't believe Naruto anyway. Although the words 'not dangerous' do register with him the most out of that entire sentence and Sasuke's glare hardens even more]

I've been here since the moment he arrived in this place, and he's never tried to hurt anyone. He seems to keep to himself. He doesn't bother anyone from Konoha, either.

[He really has no idea what to say but the rustling of fabric shows that he's at least there in front of the journal. He eventually responds as well, though the writing is considerably neater than before since he has at least calmed down now, aside from the fact that he's glaring at the journal as though there's no tomorrow]

I don't see why murderers or betrayers should have a second chance at life, and definitely not those who are both.

It's surprising I haven't done so prior to my loss occurring. Now why is that? Perhaps it's because you will just return in two weeks. Although it might be more to the effect that I haven't decided which is the most appropriate way in which to kill you.

I do not need to show you anything about my future as killing you is already in my past. Doing it again would almost be unnecessary in a place like this unless I continue to kill you repeatedly every two weeks until you stop returning.
