... Somehow, this is a normal occurrence.

Occasionally the puppy starts to lift off and drift, in which case there's a sparkle and a flutter of translucent blue fairy wings to correct their trajectory, and then it's business as usual. Maybe those wings were an illusion. Probably.]

He's rather clean, and far more intelligent than a normal dog... in most respects. [That little part is added on as Iota tries to snap up a floating rice ball.]

He's still quite young. [Iota streeeeetches out to sniff at the strange person and the cat, but will not chase. Will not chase. WILL NOT CHASE. This puppy did just spend the last three and a half months with four kittens and two adult cats picking on him, so...]
