Right, seriously though, you [Pokes his journal] might as well be put to some use. Other than a communications device. Especially given that I'm none to fond of communicating with the castle and it's crazy residents. Even the marginally sane ones are...yeah. Frankly, I think anyone that's willing to believe the magic castle nonsense is a little too far off their rocker to be trusted.

Which...probably means I'm the only person I trust here. Great.

My own theory on this place, minding my not being an egghead, is still a work in progress...but it doesn't seem too unreasonable even now. But...hmm. I wonder.

It stands for artificial intelligence, in my world at least. We did some experiments in that field, but it was abandoned some time ago. [Tabatha turned out useless for Mithos' purposes.]
