[Room Filter]
[New Years' Day has found Natalie and Peter in bed together in her room, which incidentally is an exact replica of Peter's rather luxurious hotel room he had in Blackpool, who'd have thought the North Lakes Constabulary would pay for more than a crappy B&B? Anyway, she cried off last night with a migraine to Ripley and told him she'd go to her own room so he wouldn't disturb her when he rolled in drunk in the early hours. When really it was her and Peter that rolled in at about ten past twelve after partying in the TARDIS and rekindling their relationship thanks to a midnight snog, drunk and laughing and already ripping each others clothes off before the door had barely shut behind them.
Natalie's in his arms and just stirring, blissfully happy and in love.]

It'll be fine, if I just rest.

[ah that's better, he's strolling casually in now, hands on hips as he glances around, then swivels on his heel in the strangely theatric way that he does to look at her]
'Ere, did you change the room around? Looks nice.

Really-- it's killing me Ripley. I just need peace and quiet. Yeah-- yeah I did, didn't like it before.
[Oh my God, there's a sock on the chandelier. She leaves the door behind her open and follows him in, so she's standing in a position where he's looking away from the chandelier! ajgdfg]

Well. [brushes her hair out of her eyes] At least that part worked, but... Oh! [sees the person] My aim is still good!

Hello?

Hi! Paige Matthews, at [points] his service actually, I know him. Well not know him like... probably better to heal first explain later right? So how'd the Doctor hurt himself? [goes to make with the healing]
no subject
Peter was punched, cheekbone injured, maybe broken, I don't know, and the back of his head, concussion I think.
no subject
Yeah... well there's that whole everyone has a double in the world, and I've actually met a few people that could ... and again! More healing, less talking. [Paige nods and moves to this guys side]
Well, let's start with where he's bleeding from and just go from there. [la la la ~ hands gently move his head so she can rest her hand above the back of his head and have some white healing light of pretty while she talks]
So what's your name? And who is this if it's not the Doctor?

He's going to be alright then?
[to Peter] It's okay, this is Paige, she can heal-- apparently.
no subject
That I can, I can do magic too, but this is more of what we need at the moment. [goes back to healing until she knows that all the surface wounds are healed and the internal bounce about the head seems all okay now as well]
See? Should be good as new, or as good as you were before you got knocked about.
no subject
Handy trick. Thanks.
no subject
Paige, that's amazing. Thank you so much, really, I don't know how to thank you. [relieved grin of emotional release as Peter smirks]

It's just good to know that I'm not completely useless here. Everyone goes to the clinic and while I'm a huge proponent of medical establishments, it's still good to know you can help out.
no subject
Who needs a clinic when you've got something like that? [pause, prod, pause] What was your name?
