Who all resides on the sixth floor? I want to know who I may be running into a majority of the time. And so I know who to avoid [so gone!]

I'm a vampire hunter, so I can say I'm concerned to find out how many vampires reside in this place. Take note: There is not much point for me to do any hunting, so I'll just say this: You don't bother me, I don't bother you. Simple trade-off. Under one condition would I hunt you: If you're from my world. Which leads to this question:

Do any of you know anything about the Dark Tribe?
