[glares murderously, quickly taking out a kunai knife and pouring chakra into it to create a really sharp blade; is so angry when he speaks] Make sure you're as far back as you can be.

[uses his fancy... wind... chakra... manipulation crap to swiftly cut through most of the bars twice, slicing them cleanly in half and letting them fall; immediately drops the knife and reaches in to help him out]

[walks carefully over to a small stack of clean shirts and grabs one before heading to the bathroom and closing the door. lol, relieves himself and runs some water, washing his hands, and then splashes some cold water on his face. extracts himself from the shirt he was wearing and changes into the larger shirt. it's much baggier, and so aggravates his wounds less. walks out of the bathroom feeling a bit more refreshed.]
