[some faint gurgling and choking coughs can be heard, as though someone is struggling to breathe through their blood; THE CHOKING IS HIGH PITCHED LIKE A GIRL AND RASPY SO IT MUST BE NARUTO except jk because noises like that are never clearly recognizable]
