It is not going to get that far. We're going to stop him before he stops listening to Lelouch. One way or another.

[That only makes him feel marginally better. He can't think of anything else to say as rage leaves him empty and frighteningly cold, so he just... sighs.]

...What can you tell me about their situation? Why is Lelouch having to keep such a careful balance, what could go wrong? I'm concerned for him, too. [And mining for information he can give Reno, but shh.]

[Fffffffff two-faced bastard.] I think Rolo has some kind of power that makes it difficult to kill him. I'm not sure of the details, but Lelouch is aware of my capabilities and wouldn't have warned me away from him if he thought I could handle it.

You'd still have to confront him. We don't know how strong that ability is, or the nature of it, so that would still be a foolish course of action to take, magic or no.
