From what I've seen and heard, normal weapons don't work on them. I'd say to find one of the safe rooms and stay there.

These sorts of things never last long. So unless you want to tire yourself out fighting something that won't be hurt with normal weapons... yeah. Hiding's the best option.

What I know is that these things are called Heartless. They're not creations of the castle. Someone from one of the other worlds brought them here. They're made of shadows or darkness or something, and they can steal people's hearts.

They seem pretty mindless but they're strong fighters. And like I said, normal weapons don't do anything against them.
