I don't like Azula staying with us at all. I trust Iroh and Ursa, obviously, but thinking about what's been said.. It's also very dangerous. Super Boy Prime can show up at anytime and try to get her out of here.

There has to be something we can do to stop her.

This is probably obvious, but, yeah. Watch any and all conversations you have here from now on. And, I saw Azula still has her journal... She won't try to contact anyone, right? She shouldn't be allowed to have it, just in case!

We have her friends to worry about now, wondering where she is.

[Jet]

[meets him up there and sits beside him. D: speaks quietly]

Are you okay? I'm.. so sorry about last night.

[brief glance]

I know you were just looking out for us. You should come back into the house, Jet.

We need you here. And who knows.. maybe we'll find an advantage to all of this.

I just keep thinking that, any second, she could get up and do exactly what she did to me, to someone else. To you, to Sokka, to Toph, to anyone.

[his hand on hers, looks at her]

What advantage? Telling any of her allies... "We have Azula, do as we say and no one gets hurt"... we'd be sinking to their level, if they fell for it.

Y-Yeah.. But we are all looking out for each other. We just have to be careful and think positively. It's the only way we'll get through this.

No, we'll never sink to Azula's level. What I mean is.. Keeping Azula on lockdown. Monitor her use of the journal and make sure she keeps up appearances, so Prime won't think to come after us for her. And we can use our time wisely for a better plan.

Ursa sedating her was good. But we need a permanent way to stop her. I'm not sure how we'll do that yet, though. Killing her isn't an option.

... sinking to her level is the last thing I want to do.

How can we monitor what she's doing? She could always do something in private, where we can't see it. She could filter. But if she disappears completely, people will notice. Do we tell the Peace Patrol we have her?

... keep her locked up, elsewhere? Have someone with magic remove her powers? It's complicated.

Right, right.. [sigh] I'm not sure. We should tell the Peace Patrol, though.

Locking her up will be just as bad as the Master, so not that. Plus, Azula is smart, she'll just break out.

Azula has been heavily sedated, Katara. She won't be doing anything for a long while.

She'll be permitted to keep her journal, so that she may keep up appearances. It will prevent her allies from poking into matters, hopefully.

She'll be warned, however, that should she ever try to ask for help, there will most certainly be drastic action. I will confiscate her journal promptly.

I'm going to go check to see if she's awake now, as a matter of fact. She'll probably be very hungry; after she eats, I will speak to her.

She doesn't think this will last long. If the castle changes, we can't keep her here. And.. she did mention her friends. [sigh]

Yeah. We should take it away, or at least monitor her use of it.

We can monitor her use of the journal. Your mom made a good point that Azula at least has to keep up her appearances through it.

She's right. And monitoring would be best if we can't take it away.
