Midgar is my home, no matter what. If not for Shinra and that city, I wouldn't be who I am today. I'm... by no means a hero, but I'd like to think I'm at least decent. I'm comfortable with myself, at least.

It's sad that he doesn't value our home... I wonder if the others feel the same. I'm not going to try to convince him that Midgar is anything but what he thinks it is, but... it makes me wonder. A lot of things that have happened recently make me wonder

Then again, it doesn't really matter, does it? Midgar, as far as any of us are concerned, is far, far away.
