Kind of - sort of. I've been here for a month, but there are people who have been here way longer than me.

[a pause] So is this the farplane? I mean. Are we all dead?

I guess I have a knack for getting myself into weird situations.

Well, this place stops being weird after a while, though that's scary in it's own way.

A person should never get used to be victimized.

Occasionally, you get subjected to temporary losses. Also, once in a while, the castle decides that everyone needs to suffer and will arrange things from murderous monsters to this current plague.

... Oh.

It's not bad all the time though. There are a lot of different people here and some of them are actually worthwhile.

I don't know if I'd call myself that, though I like to believe I can pull through anything.

[a pause and then a good-natured laugh, followed by the words "some of them are actually worthwhile" getting underlined]

I was kidding around. You talk like someone who's probably too serious for their own good.

[Takes a moment as he can't see what was underlined, then chuckles]

Ah forgive me. I normally catch sarcasm. I have been accused of taking myself too seriously. I maintain it isn't a bad trait though.

Probably not. Reminds me of a guy.

I always thought life seemed more boring when you take it seriously, though.

My life has been far from boring, but that's just me. I take it you're one of those not serious types then?

I like to think of myself as a fun guy.

Well, usually I take that as a warning sign, but not in this case.

Some of the must infuriating people I have ever met would classify themselves as "fun."
