The boy Naruto is something that we like to call a 'jinchuuriki'. A human sacrifice. He has been taken over by a parasite fox spirit called "Kyuubi", and that is what is making him ... ah, 'mean'. It is the Akatsuki's job -- no, their duty to remove it from him and seal the spirits away where they will not bother anything anymore. There are several others that have been taken over by spirits of the same motivation. There are some people who are opposed to our actions, mainly because it can be rather painful to remove such a parasite. Once it is done, the host is at peace and the spirit is in containment. However, since there are many out there, it is work that needs to be done by several two-man teams and this is why we are in need of more individuals. Do you understand?
