Uh. It is... was... the freakiest program ever. From what I could get out of Quat, you weren't very giving information-wise, it showed you all of the possible ways to do something and then helped pick the best of all of the options. And it kind of drove people batshit. I only used the thing once, and it was short, and I'm glad it was short.
