Dear Paradisa Resident:
It has come to my attention that there are several qualified individuals here in this castle that would, given the proper atmosphere, be able to provide an education to some of our younger residents, or those who merely wish to enrich their stay at the castle with the pursuit of knowledge. I propose the establishment of a network of tutors, at least, though perhaps if there is enough participation we may be able to create a fully functioning school system in miniature.
I personally hold doctorates in economics, anthropology and classical philosophy, if there is anyone here who would like to explore these subjects in depth. If there is anyone else here with a degree in a given field, and you would like to offer your own expertise for the betterment of the castle as a society, please respond on the following form. As for elementary, middle, and high school levels of education for our youngest residents, I believe that perhaps a cooperative system of trustworthy adults could be found, with each offering instruction on the students' individual levels in a field that the adult in question is proficient in.
There will be a meeting to discuss this possibility in the library tonight at seven o'clock. Anyone who may wish to come is invited.
Sincerely,

Adrian Veidt
