And so the boss shows itself, mm?

Larger than some of the beings I've faced, but... not very much so. The past couple of days almost made this place seem like home. [soft chuckling]

I've thought more about how Haseo said that... it was just a game. Our world was just a game.

It's plausible, if thought on. AIDA as a virus... again, it explains why The Pursuer would think of this place as a "field" or "server".

So would that be my loss? But what exactly did it take? What could blur the worlds like that? And what does that mean for me? What is "Ovan"? A character? Am I simply a character, detached from the player, gained sentient life? An AI? Did this place break the connection between the player and the character? If so, what would that mean for the player?

I suppose, though, that would depend on how time ran back home compared to here. Is this place sped up, and simply seems normal to the residents? Or is time here and time back home in the same path? Is the player wondering at the anomaly that is his missing character?

....

Would things still be able to be solved without the cha I need to return. Haseo and I need to return. Otherwise he'll never find the truth, and then....

So many unanswered questions, and no clear way out. People come and go. Does the castle simply get tired of these toys, and throw them back? When thrown back, do they retain memories of this place, their time spent here, all the people they have met?

[a long silence, then pen taps]

What a large puzzle this is, and I feel as if even if I do get close, pieces will end up missing. The castle has ways of blocking people from communicating what it doesn't want found out... but what happens if one were to get too close to the truth on their own?

[more silence, then bitter laughter] This place is more like home than I originally knew.
