I hate to join the bandwagon, but I'm going to have to agree with the other residents that aren't getting in any fights or such.

This place is just repetative.

[there's a pause as Kagami hits the blank spot in his memory that the castle took]

... I was going to say this was something like Infinity Fortress, but it seems that the castle took that. Shame. At least I have confirmation on my price now.

It's expected of programs to continually resume doing the same tasks, even if there are a few different variables... As if I could care less. The enjoyment of watching the tenants repeat themselves has long since faded.

There's always a cycle. It just gets new detail added to it every time it circles around.

[identity profile] renaissancing.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:17 am (UTC)(link)
Mm. Exactly. And frequently, especially here.

The lessons seem to never be learned.

[identity profile] renaissancing.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:21 am (UTC)(link)
A truth, but I felt that was the least that needed to be stated. For if the parties had learned, there would be much less repetition here, correct?

[identity profile] renaissancing.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:25 am (UTC)(link)
Not a problem, Kagami. Hopefully you can find something that will yield you different results.

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:15 am (UTC)(link)
Thrill us, then, O mighty one. Show us something none of us have seen before. We'll bow before you.

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:18 am (UTC)(link)
So you're a watcher who complains and takes no action. How passé.
We enjoy you anyways.

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:21 am (UTC)(link)
We are quite accustomed to repetition; perhaps programmed to not be bothered by it.

Such a reaction, however, would be rather refreshing, if throwing.

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:24 am (UTC)(link)
Do they?
Why do we not obey you, then?

Our coding extends control akin to that of your DNA.

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:33 am (UTC)(link)
You are correct. We were once an integral part of the system, a program controlled. We, however, among others, were unplugged, so to speak, and serve our own will.

Regardless, our nature has not changed. We do best what we were originally programmed to do, or told to do. But we would like to point out that humans are not very different.

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:42 am (UTC)(link)
And our whims are many~

We agree very much.
On the topic of learning, we're not entirely surprised - and, strangely, rather disappointed - that despite all we've told and shown of ourselves, of our nature, nobody has learned the ways they can so easily bend us to their will.
Shh, don't tell~

You're welcome, but we were under the impression you enjoyed the mayhem.

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:49 am (UTC)(link)
And yet the same tricks work on the same people multiple times.
It was a similar situation on a much larger scale, in our world.

Of course we would like some photos~
Did you happen to get one of Pyro and Bobby?
[snickering]

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:59 am (UTC)(link)
In their defense, our methods were very crafty back home. They really stood no chance.
Here, of course, is different to an extend.

Oh, yes, a copy of that would be magnificent.

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 04:00 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] twoto-two.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 04:06 am (UTC)(link)
[pause, and then a laugh]
My, my, you're better at observation than we initially gave you credit for; people cling so desperately to their illusions, they'll rip out their eyes before admit the truth~

2211.

[identity profile] dirtyrottenliar.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:20 am (UTC)(link)
So do something.

[identity profile] dirtyrottenliar.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:24 am (UTC)(link)
That makes sense. They won't change, though. People tend to be pretty similar. That's why it's important to choose your victims wisely if you want to have real fun.

I'm just fine, thanks. How are you?

[identity profile] dirtyrottenliar.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:36 am (UTC)(link)
It's a pain in the ass, isn't it. I almost wish I still had some kind of a job here; that'd be better than this mindless wandering around reading the magic book shit.

[identity profile] dirtyrottenliar.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:45 am (UTC)(link)
I guess you would think that.

Yeah, I'd like to see those, but I'm on my way out the door, as it were. How do you feel about Chinese food, or do you not leave the castle as a rule?

[identity profile] dirtyrottenliar.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 03:52 am (UTC)(link)
Good, then it's a plan. I'll be down at the entrance.

[identity profile] notsomuchakitty.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 04:19 am (UTC)(link)
[sigh]
It does get a bit old. It's only a matter of time before the castle throws more zombies at us, though. It'll be more interesting again then.

[identity profile] notsomuchakitty.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 04:27 am (UTC)(link)
What the fuck? Did you try to talk about it? I've never heard of it hurting someone before...

[identity profile] notsomuchakitty.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 04:38 am (UTC)(link)
Ah. I just can't make any sense if I try and it gets weird and uncomfortable.
[strange unintelligible sounds]

Irritating to say the least. Figured it out quickly, though. Faster than I did.

[identity profile] notsomuchakitty.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 06:51 am (UTC)(link)
hmm, yeah I can see that being a problem. Not exactly sure what you're talking about but 'monsters' and 'destroy' in one sentence is never good.

[identity profile] peaceflavored.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 05:32 am (UTC)(link)
You took photos?

...No wonder why people call you a pervert.

[identity profile] peaceflavored.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 05:37 am (UTC)(link)
...You're missing the point:

You took them in the first place.

[identity profile] peaceflavored.livejournal.com 2007-06-14 05:40 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah.

You and every other pervert.
