They sentenced me to twenty years of boredom for trying to change the system from within.

Who: Gabriel and God
What: A follow-up to the "stern talking-to" and the "Crowley Incident." Basically, Gabriel thinks Daddy's got some splainin' to do.
When: Backdated to last Thursday, BECAUSE I SUCK AND LIFE ATE ME.
Where: WHEREVER THE HELL THEY WANT TO BE. IT'S GOD AND AN ARCHANGEL, DUDES.

[Gabriel gave God a wide berth. It was better that way. As it turns out, his two so-called pseudo-siblings weren't exactly as good at avoiding Him as he was and if there was one thing that ground Gabriel's gears to a screeching halt, it was someone picking on his family, even if that person happened to be The Father, Himself.

So with Aziraphale's unwillingness to discuss what happened weighing on him and the knowledge that the offer He presented Crowley might have been the catalyst, he tracked down the Father. It was high time he dealt with his own daddy issues anyway.]

Ohhh, Daddy.

[In the tone of a father who has just received a 3 am call from his son saying he needs help but refuses to say what]

I'm not buying you a pony, son. Or lending you bail money.

Your choice. And sadly I don't remember promising you a pony.

[Smart. You know the lesson. Aziraphale, unfortunately, needed it taught to him.]

Yes. He wished to understand why I act as I do. [And went about it in one of the worst ways possible.]

In itself? Absolutely not. I love when My children ask why and then set out to find the answers. There just happens to be a difference between asking and blaspheming. One I applaud, the other...not so appreciative of it.

[Understatement. It's an art form.]

OOC
