Who: Ruby & Sam
What: Discussing being a Blood Donor
When: Sunday, early afternoon - after she found out Sylar's condition hadn't changed
Where: Their room
Rating: PG-13?
The dogs had miraculously reappeared that morning, just as everything else went back to normal. Ruby was woken up by a cold nose nudging her hand, and she got up to take them out while Sam slept. He was exhausted, and she could tell by how soundly he had slept. It'd been a while since they'd had a real hunt and a constant barrage of zombies and vampires was a lot of hunting.
Coming back into the room the dogs went to take a nap, and Ruby climbed back into bed beside Sam, curling into his side, and trying to go back to sleep. The spot she had been sleeping in was cold though, so she was trying to draw a lot more of the body heat from him, being that he was like a living heating pad.
"Are you awake?"

"Are you awake?"

"Mmmmm," he replied to her question, but not choosing to elaborate more than that.

Taking in a breath she shifted in against him a bit more, resting her head to his shoulder, "Not that I want to wake you up, but it seems the castle has taken away our zombie fest. We have dogs again, and a friend of mine is having some nasty side effects from this castle change."
Her hand flattened against his chest, drumming her fingers lightly against his skin, "He got bitten by one of those vampires, but hasn't changed back to himself yet."

"So the castle put him on a vampire loss?"

Shifting a bit she lifted up her forearm, showing him the slice that was pretty much almost healed up except a thin pale line of pink against her skin, "I let him, and I was going to tell you, but we got sort of," Ruby smirked at him, "distracted last night."

Shifts to brush a kiss to his shoulder, "It's not my first choice, but I can survive it. I can heal quickly too, unlike most of the others here."

Exhaling she settled against his chest again, her finger tracing light circles across his skin, marking out summoning spells she knew would never work, writing out Latin by memory. After a moment she shifted up again to look at him, with a deep amount of sincerity in her eyes, "I know how lucky I am, you know."

Shrugging her shoulder a bit she exhaled, "It counts to me at least."

"Dean still alive?" Ruby figured she could at least make sure he hadn't lost a limb, or his head.

Then if he wanted to apologize, well she'd laugh at him. Nicely, but still laugh at him.
"He's going to find out the truth, and then we're going to be really fucked."

Her hand pressed a bit against his side, reassuring him with an attempt at a hug, "I know. I'm just worried for you."

Shifting more atop half of his chest, she perched against him, her elbow resting on him, as she looked down, smirking, "You got to kill zombies."
