Who: Natalia (myroyalname) and Luke(i_has_abs)
What: Natalia goes to meet Luke. For reasons unknown. /o/

Where: Seventh floor!

Natalia's legs were starting to hurt after so many flights of stairs and she had to wonder why she'd agreed to meet Luke on the seventh floor. Really? He should have walked down the stairs to the first floor to meet her! She sighed, annoyed.

But, there was only one more set of stairs left. And if he wasn't waiting for her at the end of it all, she would make sure he heard an earful, she would make absolutely sure of that much. There would be no excuse for so much rudeness! None, not even if her suspicions were correct! Well... Actually, she was already sure they were correct. Just, seeing... She had to see to set the fact in her mind.

And that didn't mean it was any easier to grasp, or that it made any more sense, that Luke would not know of Akzeriuth from experience, when the tragedy was still far too fresh in her own mind.

She pushed open the door at the end of the stairs, immediately looking for the shock of red hair.

"Akzeriuth..." She hesitated, again, remembering what he'd already been told. Or at least, what she could surmise that he'd been told. He obviously knew about it's destruction. Somehow, maybe it was the remnants of living the life by the Score, but Natalia had a feeling that that was unavoidable.

She glanced down, folding her hands in front of her. "I see... Very well then," she said quietly, a bit sad by the knowledge that if he escaped there, he would likely return to Auldrant, and no matter what she said, Akzeriuth would still happen.

Surely, if that were not the case, she wouldn't remember it so clearly?

She looked down. "Yes, it was truly Asch who--" she paused, and a confused look came over her face. How strange! She knew Asch had been Luke fon Fabre once, but she could not remember anything specific. It was like a blur to her. And everything only became clear just after Luke's return to Kimlasca.

"... I can't remember. It.. must not have been that important, though..." She knew that sounded wrong, but she couldn't even bring any feelings to mind associated with those memories. Perhaps they hadn't been that important.

Or. "The loss!" Natalia gasped. Asch would surely be upset with her if he ever found out. "Luke! You cannot tell Asch I said that, understood!?"

She laughed. "That, of course, wouldn't have changed..." She paused and smiled, now in a cheerful mood, with Luke's word. "Good! Now... to at least find an inn..." She had to find a place to stay, right? If Luke had been there for a month, there was very little chance that she would find an escape in a day.

"No, of course I do not!" She said with a scolding tone. "I only just arrived here, and was not greeted by anyone!" She folded her arms at him. "Do not tell me you just took a room without asking, Luke!"

She glanced at the name on the door-- and there it was again. Another mystery, given light. She sighed, however, as there were many floors, with many rooms.

Who knew how long it would take her to find her own?

Natalia rolled her eyes. "I'll find my room by myself then, Luke!" And with that, she started down the hall, looking for the magical door that would have her name on it.
