(no subject)

Who: Gaston ([livejournal.com profile] thicker), Kazuma ([livejournal.com profile] undeviating) and Scheris ([livejournal.com profile] eternalling). Open to others if they'd like to watch.
What: Meeting up for a spar. Identity confusion.
When: RIGHT NOW.
Where: Outside, by the pool.
Rating: PG for Disney violence, probably.

It was a pleasant day. Gaston noticed this, the sunshine and smiling people and tweeting birdies, as he made his way outside the castle to go and beat up some boy he didn't know in the name of "practice". Not that the situation was his fault -- whoever it was had asked for somebody to spar with. They must have expected that somebody strong would take them up on it.

No one was a match for Gaston in a wrestling ring -- well, not that they had a ring -- and he was especially determined to reassert his strength and power after that humiliating loss to Ping. Ugh. He was going to win.

Stopping as he reached the designated place (not that they had agreed on anything specific, just "by the pool"), Gaston waited, his arms crossed over his broad, manly chest.

Scheris was still trying to compose herself after the laughter as she shut the journal. He thought she way a boy, even with her handwriting the way it was. If it wasn't so damn funny, she'd be pissed that he thought only males fought. She'd show him either way.

Tucking the journal under her arm, she set off down the steps towards the pool area.

As she approached, she caught site of the big guy and some one else. It seemed Kazuma had gotten there before her. Shrugging, she walked up and waved with her free arm.

"Sorry I'm late, everyone," she said, grinning sheepishly. "I had to... get myself together."

Ryu noticed that a spar was about to ensue when he was looking over his journal. He decided to come and watch. His days weren’t so busy so he wasn’t going to be doing anything for the next couple of hours anyway. Though he didn’t think the spar would last that long.

He appeared within a small swirl of green leaves in the pool area with his journal still in hand.

Sighing at the typical masculine behavior, Scheris tossed her journal to the side and casually started to stretch. She bent down to touch her toes and repeated said stretch with a muttered, "One, two, one, two." She slid from that into some arm stretches, followed be some shoulder exercises.

When she was about done, she looked up and gave Gaston a small wave. "Sorry about not introducing myself. My name's Scheris Adjani. I'll be your opponent today, not him," she said as she indicated Kazuma with a jerk of her head. "He'd beat you too easily. I, on the other hand, want to have some fun with this."

She stood up straight and slid into a natural fighting stance. "Ready when you are!" she called cheerfully.

Upon reading the comments exchanged between Gaston and another person about a sparring match, Belle rushed towards the poolside with the hopes of catching said fight before it actually started. Truth be told, she really had nothing better to do; after waiting (to no avail) for a response from Chip for a few days, she figured he was in safe hands, so she doubted anything would come up to endanger him within the few minutes she'd spend watching Gaston's fight.

She was duly surprised, however, to see a girl as his contender. What's this? she thought to herself, moving closer so that she was in visible distance of the man, Gaston's fighting a girl? Now thoroughly intrigued, she took her place near the other observers of the match and waited for Gaston's reaction.
