Who: Puck and Loz
What: Puck and Loz decide they want to play!
Where: Outside!
Rating: I have no idea! I guess PG for now?

Since arriving to Paradisa, Puck hadn't met anyone in person aside from Gatts again. Sure, he had spied on people from overhead--and read people's writing in the funny book-thing, but really he had been too nervous to do anything else. But this castle seemed peaceful, and his curiosity had been growing--so when he got the reply to his journal writing that someone would actually like to play with him, he was very excited. Maybe we can explore the forest around here--or race, or maybe this is one of those special flying humans they have here! That would be fun!. He grinned, and found a nearby tree to perch in. Waiting would be hard, he thought. But it was all he could do for now.

Clad in his usual black leather, Loz approached the space where Loz and Puck planned to meet. Loz stopped and looked around, trying to find anyone. No one was there? Did the kid stand him up? Or was he scared of Loz?

"Hey!" he shouted out at whoever or whatever would listen. "Who wanted to play?"

Loz blinked and looked at the tiny creature. "Ha?" he asked in question. What was this thing? Puck? The kid who challenged him? Naw, couldn't be. His eyebrows furrowed in confusion as he spied the creature. "What are you?"

"Fairy?" Loz still didn't get it, even after watching Puck flit around, even do flips. This creature was very strange, perhaps he was a strange shadow creature? No, he didn't follow Loz's commands. He didn't smell like tainted Lifestream either.

Loz picked up the fairy off his shoulder and looked at him with that same confused look, observing him. Loz just didn't get it. "How can something so tiny play?" he asked aloud. His definition of play was warped, but it suited his personality.

This thing didn't quite understand what Loz meant and that was frustrating him. What definition did this fairy have for play? Certainly there weren't more than one, right? Although Lana did give a similar response when he asked to play, although he wouldn't play with her. Kadaj would be angry.

Anyway, still holding onto Puck, he frowned at the creature. This thing was too innocent and playful to be even worth the effort to fight him. No challenge whatsoever. Either way, this creature might serve for some amusement, perhaps even an ally of sorts. Who knew? And so playing along wouldn't be too much of a chore. At least for now. "Loz," he replied, releasing the creature.

His name? Funny? No, it wasn't. And as the fairy sat back upon his shoulder, the temptation to flick him off was great. And when he spoke, the temptation increased, although a love for spying might be useful.

And what did Loz like to do? "Play and eat," he replied. Loz really had two modes to life. When he wasn't playing, he was eating. And when he wasn't eating, he was playing and smashing stuff. Breaking stuff too. But playing with a fairy? That just wasn't going to happen. It wasn't enough fun worth his time. Not yet, at least.

Demon? Wouldn't be the first time he'd been called something of that nature. He was a child of the Lifestream, although Loz could never put much to words. He wasn't smart enough. As for his mood? Well, Loz was normally in what appeared to be a foul mood, although generally he was actually just bored or unamused.

He watched the creature flit around with his green, catlike eyes as he questioned Loz. That last question caught his attention. Eat human flesh? "Gross," he replied. That was as discusting as lilies.

"Ha?!" Loz scoffed as his nose got flicked and the creature fled. What the hell was this tag stuff? Loz didn't have the foggiest idea so he was left standing in the grass, confused. "Hey!" he shouted. "What's tag?" but the creature was already gone, probably hiding. So it was a game of cat and mouse? He could do that easily, although it wasn't too wise on Puck's part. Once Loz found him, who knows what state Puck would end up in.

So, cat and mouse, huh? Well Loz was game. The move wasn't too wise on Puck's part as Loz was fast, very good at seeking, and didn't know how to play gently.

Loz dashed off in Puck's direction. Loz was generally pretty good at finding someone (afterall he and Yazoo found Cloud on the opposite side of the city) so this fairy thing shouldn't be too hard, right?

Loz followed the aura he sensed before, although this aura was rather odd and weak. He found his way to the patch of rosebushes but he couldn't pinpoint his exact location. Now began the visual search.

"HA?!" this fairy was annoying and Loz was getting aggravated with him. With his booted feet, Loz tromped through the thorns with ease, not phased one bit by the thorns. In fact, the thorns probably weren't even reaching his skin due to his heavy leather pants. He soon reached Puck's hiding spot and with a gloved hand, reached for the fairy.
