Who: Naruto and the rest of his friends, + anyone who wants to join once things get started~
What: Masquerade.
When: It’s PARTY TIME. Yeah. ;D
Where: Around and at the ballroom.
Rating: PG-13 for ninja stuff.

“Damn, that guy can be really sneaky when he wants to be,” Naruto muttered to himself, adjusting his orange mask so it settled easier on his face.

He couldn’t believe he had lost Sasuke already when they’d only been inside the ballroom for a few minutes. Although he really couldn’t blame him for disappearing for a bit to get used to his clothes since that mask – His thoughts broke off as he snickered to himself. Ah, he really couldn’t wait until the rest of their group came along and found Sasuke. Their reactions were going to be amusing no doubt.

An easy-going air about him and a smile on his lips, Naruto moved along the edge of the ballroom, his blue eyes watching the people out dancing with their partners. There were people from all parts of the spectrum, many of them at odds with each other – both figuratively and literally if that little girl that seemed to sparkle with rainbow colors was any indication.

And he marveled at how Paradisa worked once more. Really, it was amazing.

“Where is everyone?” he pouted. It looked like he was going to have to wait a bit.
ino: (wtf?)

Ino sighed heavily and adjusted her mask. It was unheard of for her, really; going to a formal event like this without a date. She had a date, apparently, but she forgot he existed and he had suddenly stopped talking to her. It was all confusing, and it was pissing her off. Ino did not like to be confused. Ino did not like to not know what was going on, but it was happening now and it had happened when she had first arrived.

That's right - she had forgotten Sasuke. She pondered briefly whether the castle (and not Shampoo) had taken her memories of that Seto person as she wandered down the stairs towards the ballroom. She smoothed her hair back, hoping nobody would recognize her with her hair down. Really, she would feel ashamed to be found without a date.

But, of course she just had to go and be nice and be there for whatever Dilan was planning. Ino went through the door into the ballroom, looking around warily for anybody she might recognize.

No. Absolutely not. Sasuke couldn't even begin to describe how pissed he was that Naruto had coerced him into coming. Coerced wasn't really the right word for it, though. More like forced. And the fact that he was dressed in... in this excuse for a costume, or even regular clothes, made the situation even more unbearable. Who wore orange anyway? It was a stupid color; almost as stupid as its owner.

Speaking of the owner, Naruto was nowhere in sight, which was a very good thing. If he was going to drag Sasuke there, then Sasuke was going to do all he could to stay as far away from him and his merry band of fools. The corner he'd found seemed suitable. Already Naruto was frantically searching for him, and to the side he could spot Ino. Hn, he'd never seen her with her hair like that before. Not that it made a difference, of course.

Sighing, Sasuke took a small sip from the glass of whatever it was they were serving and stood up. Maybe if he was lucky he could sneak out the doors while Naruto wasn't looking. It seemed plausible enough, so with a final swig from the cup, he made his way to the door, checking every so often to see if the buffoon was watching.
