Holograms?
Who: Kaiba, Ino, and Sakura
What:"Use your imagination!" Hanging out in the game room.
When: After this post.
Where: Game room.
Rating: PG? Maybe PG-13 for language?
Ino made her way down the stairs to the bottom floor, carrying her pack with her journal and a few weapons. She tried to breathe normally and maybe get a little of the red off her face -- after all, she couldn't be seen looking like that, especially if stupid Sakura was going to come along and ruin the whole thing. She exhales loudly.
She opens a few different doors on the bottom floor, unsure of where the game room actually was. She didn't see any signs for the rooms or a map or anything, so the next thing left was trial and error. She finally opened a door that had some strange looking machines in it and some other game-y looking things. She looked both ways to see if Sakura was following her before shutting the door behind her, sighing quietly.

Turning the handle, she opened the door and stepped inside and began to look around. Green eyes widened a little at all the flashing light and cyber sounding voices from the games.
"What on earth is this?" she managed to ask no one in particular.

"So, uh. You're gonna show me what these hologram things are? ♥" She made sure to put some emphasis on 'me' so Sakura would know she wasn't wanted. If she didn't catch the drift already.

"Are you going to explain to us what they are, or are you just going straight to the main attraction?" she asked, curiously, ignoring Ino's attempt to gte her riled up.

"... Virtual Reality??" she repeated the phrase. "Sounds interesting!" she exclaimed, and; taking a bit of a risk, lightly held on to one of Kaiba's arms.

Her eyes traveled back to him, and she nodded her head, indicating that she was ready for whatever virtual reality was.

Focusing on the task at hand, she followed Kaiba through the door. She looked around in awe at what was inside. "How ... how do these work?"

Her eyes traveled around as she tried to make sense of what she saw.

probablyhad a reason to lock the door, so she focused on the stack of whatever it was that he had given her.Flipping through the cards, she saw several cards with monsters and people and strange bottles and other things very unfamiliar to her. She quirks an eyebrow in Kaiba's direction. What on earth was he planning to do with these things? Unless she were infused with a special kind of chakra or something, Ino didn't see how this would be fun.

"A theme..." she trailed off a bit. She could easily make it predictable such as medicine or strength, but what about her as a whole?
"I'll choose balance," she stated, simply.

When she had gone through the deck about three or four times, she stood up and went to the room where Kaiba was and cautiously stuck her head in. "I think I'm about ready. Would you like us to just get in the pods then?"
no subject
"Hey, uh, just one thing," she said, pointing to the bottom of the card. "What do these numbers mean? The really big ones at the bottom." She hoped he was actually paying attention to what she was asking.

"If we're supposed to be friends, something tells me this is the part where I either taunt you or check up on you. I'll choose the kinder of the options for now," she stated truthfully.

She laughed a little at that. "Yeah, very funny. Thanks," she said, smiling. "You always were the nicer one," she said, quietly enough that nobody else would hear her. She looked back at the room where Kaiba had been and tapped her foot impatiently. There was something wrong with that guy, seriously.

prettysure he didn't mean it that way, so to cover it up she leaned toward Sakura and whispered, "Jeez, he's grumpy as ever."She obeyed Kaiba's order, though, and got into the pod. She shifted a bit until she was comfortable. Before setting the deck down, she said loudly towards the room Kaiba was in, "What are these going to do to us?" She was pretty sure she trusted Kaiba, but a ninja could never be too safe. And she wasn't so sure she liked the idea of being stuck in one of these, basically helpless.

Nodding hastily at Ino's observation, she followed the blonde to the pods then proceeded to follow suit. Instead of getting comfortalbe, she sat forward, pretty on edge. Without knowing it, her thoughts were echoing Ino's almost identically, minus the bit about trusting Kaiba.
Rather than repeat after the other girl, she decided to add her own inquiry, "Has anything ever gone wrong with these?"

She was a little nervous, though. He still hadn't said what would happen once the pods shut. She felt the pack on her leg again to reassure herself she'd have some way of getting out of this thing. Yup; good, looks like she had some kind of explosive tag in there. She took a deep breath and waited for ... something to happen, whatever that something was.
