[Thread] I need some shades...

Who: Misha ([livejournal.com profile] angelicklutz) & anyone else? (open to all!)
What: The cute little angel girl goes looking for demon Crowley's sunglasses. ♥
When: Sometime after this convo
Where: Main floor of the castle
Rating: G? For cuteness.

Misha was excited at the prospect, after talking to that new person through her journal. The nice man was missing his glasses, and he probably couldn't see. And so finding and returning them to the man (Crowley-kun!) was definitely a thing that a good angel would do. Plus, she was making a new friend at the same time!

She skipped down the stairs to the main floor of the castle, looking around.

"Hmm'su," she said, looking around. Crowley-kun had said they'd look like regular glasses but dark. "Where could they be'su...?"

Toph had been wandering the halls for quite a while looking for some kind of logical sense to this place. Which, of course, got her nowhere! This place didn't make any sense at all and from what she could "read" from the journals no one else thought it made much sense either. So with journal in hand, the girl proceeded to the main floor of the place.

From what she could feel someone was coming down the stairs as soon as she headed into the room; this a person shorter than herself and sounded pretty young. Hey, having someone cross paths with her was a change of pace from empty halls!

Though one thing did seem kinda weird. What was with the 'su' on the end of every sentence? "Be-su? What kind of word is that?" Toph blurted, unaware whether the girl had noticed her or not.

Man, how many 'su's was that in one sentence? If she dared count it might be a double digit, who knew. Anyway, Toph huffed a little, "I know what 'be' means, but you can say it without the 'su' you know."

Eh, she wasn't about to argue. "Anyway, You seem to be a little young to be wanderin' around alone. What are you doing?"

Oh man did this girl seem.. cutesy. Toph could deal with the weird way of talking but if any of that cute rubbed off on her.. well.. Hopefully none of that rubbed off on her.

"Sunglasses for this Crowley person?" Whatever sunglasses were. Glasses that.. had something to do with the sun..? Anyway, they were probably things that would be useless to her. "So what do these sunglasses look like? I can tell you if they're lying anywhere around."

"Well, Mishasu, I'm Toph." The girl stuck her hand out firmly, "put 'er there."

Something to use so that people could see better--welp, couldn't say that it was an item that she'd used before. Describing them as dark was pretty useless, too, given that she didn't really have much of an idea what dark would feel like. Guess she'd just have to assume these were just general glasses.

"Can't say that I can really picture what you're looking for, but we'll see what we can find." It was time to take a scan of the peripheral--Earthbender style.

"'Put her there.' That means 'handshake', you know?" She waved her hand up and down a couple times to mimic the handshaking motion before letting her palm fall back down to her side. The moment had passed already.

"Right.. the su thing..right." Toph wasn't really concentrating on that; though her gaze was on the floor, looking for the glasses as she spoke. The ground didn't feel like it had anything of that shape or size sitting anywhere around this room. Tough luck. "Anyway, I don't think your glasses are around this room. I don't see them anywhere around."

The whole customs thing was interesting enough, but bowing was really for other people with manners. Didn't seem real appropriote to have to have manners in a place like this. Not to mention the girl seemed to take the bowing a little too.. seriously?

"Oh, well you didn't look, but trust me, it's not around here." Toph explained, raising her hands in a matter-of-factly way. "I'm an Earthbender, so I use that and can tell if something is lying around. There's just nothing nearby that feels small enough to be like glasses." She shrugged, "If you wanna waste your time and look, go on ahead. I'm just telling you it's not in this room."

"Uh, yeah. Earthbending." Magical journals then people who didn't know what Earthbending was. She must've hit her head harder than she thought--because someone not knowing what bending was.. that was unheard of.

"You want me to tag along?" Toph shrugged, "Well that's nice and all, but I don't really want to walk everywhere trying to find an itty bitty pair of glasses. This place is huge--that would take forever!" She wasn't about to play the good samaritian or anything, but maybe she could help narrow down the places that those glasses could be. "Maybe that guy you mentioned could tell you where he's been, or where he last remembered wearing them."

"How does it work? That's a pretty long story. I don't think someone your age would have the attention span." Saving the explanation also meant she wouldn't have to get stuck teaching someone else. There was noo way she was going to have another "student" under her wing. It was hard enough putting up with one of them.

"Yeah.. about that help." Toph motioned around, "This castle is huge. There's no way I'm gonna get stuck searching for a needle in a haystack if you know what I mean; Even if that guy does remember where he had them."
