9 ∆ i solemnly swear that i am a muggle ; ( dictated )
Paris has turned me into a Muggle!
[ James actually sounds quite pleased and excited. Despite being a Pureblood Wizard who enjoys his magic far too much, he is quite looking forward to living how the other half live. He's never had this experience before. Everything has been magic, magic, magic, and a great lack of telephones. Lily would love this. This is how she grew up. ]
What does one do in Paris? I've never been out of London before. Never really had the chance to.
What do people do in other countries? I'm referring to those without magic. There's no Floo or Knight Bus or any shops where I can buy chocolate frogs. Do you take photographs with those boxes? Drive around in your automobiles? Talk to strangers on the tele-mo-phone? [ Telephone. He was so close! ]

Do wizards keep to themselves everywhere they go in your world?

There's Muggle London and our London. It's law that we keep quiet. They have a department for when Muggles see displays of magic.

If only! It'd beat coming and going through a chimney. People don't make chimneys tall enough for us big folk.

I do know not to walk out into the middle of the street without looking both ways. That's all I need to know, yeah?
[ He's pathetic. ]

I suppose there must be something to do. I haven't quite figure that out yet.

What have you done so far?

Not much yet. I've done some exploring of the streets, but it seems there is quite a lot to learn.
