[It's not been a super fun week for Fenris, not that this is anything usual. Fenris' entire LIFE is never super fun. He'd been enjoying cave exploring with Hawke, up until his loss had dragged him back. He'd tried to find her again, of course, but only to be brought back to the castle again before he could do so.

It can not be stated enough how much he really, really hates his loss. And now it's snowing, which he isn't a big fan of. Tevinter is tropical, and even Kirkwall isn't all that cold. He's almost regretting his lack of shoes now, as he stands by the main doors of the castle, glaring at the snow like it insulted his mother. His journal his nearby to record his distaste ]

I have never seen such a heavy snow before. Does it get worse than this? I do not relish being trapped inside the castle for months on end. [Because that's what happens with heavy snow, right?]

Oh. [she pauses to stare at the snow] I'm not really sure. It's never been a problem for me since I can walk on just about anything.

Yeah, it's a basic ninja skill. It's more like we can just walk on any surface though.

Mostly, it just means we can have battles on top of lakes and stuff. But yeah, it comes in handy.

Yeah, it makes it easier to go straight to where you need to go.

You can teach me to walk on water? [He doesn't sound that convinced] ...Yes. I imagine I will have no choice in acquiring shoes.

I've shown a couple of other people how. It's just a matter of focusing your energy into the right parts of your body.
