3rd catagory - Bird Type - Backdated to 25th [action/dictated]

[ Anyone around the library on the 25th might have heard sounds of some sort of struggle. Anyone who can sense magic would have felt a large spell, a gathering for a second, a sudden lack of magic in place, then a slow swirling of unfocused, raw magic. Anyone who comes looking after the raw magic fades will find Duke leaning against a wall, looking rather ill. If you're quick enough, one might be able to see a rather odd blade in his hand.

Duke doesn't stay there long, however. He returns to his room, half closing the door and dropping his journal down on his way to the bathroom. The journal picks up the sounds of running water, the sink, probably, then Duke returning. And tripping over something, a short noise of pain as he catches himself then takes a seat on the floor near the journal. ]

... What is known of ...vampires? [ He sounds tired, and like he isn't feeling too well, something that is confirmed by another uncomfortable noise. A mumbled line about light granting power. ]

Healing circle. [ Another flare of magic, this time from Satis Tower. The golden then blue-white light might be visible from outside his room, if anyone is looking. ]

(Duke was attacked by Bonnie on her loss! He's feeling bad due to Aersickness, mildly injured. Feel free to find him near the library, over journal, on the way back to his room or follow the feeling of magic...)

I was just confirming. It sounds a little like the mana I've heard about from others here.

You should contact the Peace Patrol about this attack.

[He walks out into the lobby, frowning as Duke as he fumbles about. How was the man going to find his room in this condition?]

... Peace Patrol? ... Some sort of peace keeping effort... [ Duke's trying to figure out what part of the lobby he's standing at. He finds something along the walls that helps him, and starts making his way toward the stairwell for Satis Tower.

He's also not quite sure if he wants to contact anyone about it, to be honest. ]

It's happened before. The woman in question was on a loss that made her lose control, but there were a number of people injured. There was even a trial held.

The woman who attack you may or may not be on a loss. Either way, the people keeping an eye on things around here should be made aware.

Afraid not. Most of the surrounding lands are plains or forests. You might want to give the Four Seasons room a visit on a Tuesday or Thursday if you prefer warmer climates, though.

It takes him a moment to answer that question. He's not particularly thrilled, but Felix has been polite enough, and he spoke about magic like he knew it so... ]
