Well, personally, my guess is that they were still out there. There was just a barrier keeping us from going out there to see them.

Well, then I don't see why not. [shrugs] If you don't mind, you could help cook, too. There's always a ton of people who want food and only a few who can actually make it without ruining it.

Well, they're probably just worried about you ... but I don't think it's fair to keep people who want to go from coming, unless they're a really little kid, or something.

I've been there before! It's like out of a dream. I went with Rin once. I wish I had been able to show my friend before he left.

[ another pause. this time, longer than the previous. ino doesn't have to say it, she knows; she lost so many friends this year and then suddenly they all up in left in the summer. never will she understand why paradisa does it.

and then there's that guilty pang of wanting to see them all again. ]
