[He's been thinking about death a lot lately. He didn't attend the funeral if only because it seemed too personal even despite with the open invitation. But he did take a walk through town and say a few words for the people who'd died. Normally he'd keep it to himself, but tonight he's more curious then usual]
[So he writes this in a short, plain print, nothing like his usual messy scribbling: ]
We know not everyone gets to come back after they die here. [Namely the townsfolk, but... a few of the residents as well...] Where do you suppose they go instead?
