[The journal falls open and picks up the soft sounds of a teenage boy's slumber. After a minute, it's interrupted by an wet snort.] Ugh... go away.

[Shifting. It sounds like someone tossing around on straw.] Noishe, I'm trying to sleep here. [His fingers curl into rough fur. He grumbles and tries to shove the disturbance away, but it's far heavier than he anticipated.

He opens his eyes.]

Wha— ... you're not Noishe. And this isn't my house.

[followed by, louder--]

Where are your eyes?!

[ooc: Lloyd is waking up in the stables with his baby. Hope this is okay! ♥

This is Paradisa! It's a world separate from any other world! All sorts of people are brought her from all kinds of worlds!

[It doesn't take long for Lloyd to calm himself, but there's still an edge of agitation. He doesn't want to scare Allen, but he's nervous about all of this.]

A separate world? But I wasn't...

[There's a little lurch in his heart, and he realizes belatedly that he's thinking of someone close to him, someone who took the third world attached to Aselia and floated off into the unknown.

His voice grows softer, more even.]

No one...really expected to show up here. We just do.

But yes. Sometimes the castle will send people home to the exact moment of time they left. But besides that...no one knows of a way out yet.

[They do. And Lloyd would demand being told everything anyway.

He lets this information sink in silently. Every time he tries to say something, it's contradicted by what he's being told. There's so many thoughts racing through his mind that he doesn't know what to do with them, and he can only suck in a frustrated breath and let it back out.]

... Damn it!

[He doesn't want to give up, but for now... he doesn't have a choice. He needs to get the hang of his surroundings first and find out what he /can/ do.]

So that's why I don't remember anything? That's... how we met?

The longest I've heard was eighty years...but the oldest people who stay in the castle have been here for over four years.

[That's a pretty good goal. If he had lived here for four years... he can't even imagine what that might be like, but he's sure he'd want to remember the friends he made.]

[There's a slight surprised pause from him. Most of the time when he tells people that...they treat him like a damsel and assure him that they will find the way out and save him, as if he was entirely unable to do anything to help save himself. Which while incredibly irritating, it was something he had grown accustomed to hearing from well intentioned new people. So this is...a very nice change.]

Of course. We can always use more help.

[This isn't just your normal superhero. A smile leaks into his voice.] Great! [From the sound of it, he's left the stable and found his way into the castle courtyard.]

Does everyone live in the castle? That's kind of overdoing it...

Most people live there...anyone who arrives at the castle get a room to stay in with their name on the door.

Though not everyone does. I personally live in the city myself.

... I just get this weird feeling when I look at it. Makes sense that you'd want to live as far away as possible.

[The castle is beautiful, but it's a little too grand for his tastes. Zelos might make this kind of place home, but Lloyd is used to living in a small house with flowers all around...

Sigh. He misses home already. He needs to explore, though.]
