[After waking up in a strange room with no sign of his daughter Jenny, Apollo decided to explore the room to see if he can find any hints of where he is. It doesn't take long for him to discover the journal and flip through it curiously. While flipping through he picks up fragments like 'castle' and 'Paradisa'. It seemed to be the only way of contacting people in the room. Now wasn't the time to be shy. He had his daughter to find.]

Hi. I don’t really know how you’re supposed to start writing these things. Never been the journal writing kind of guy unless you count that Dear Abby letter I wrote one time as a joke. Well, Midnighter thought it was a joke but that’s a whole other story. The bottom line here is I’m looking for my daughter. She’s got long brown hair and brown eyes. She’s eight but she acts like she’s going on thirty. Anyone seen her?

And Jenny, if you’re reading this respond ASAP and tell me where you are. I don’t know what’s going on but I plan to find out.

[That said he closed the journal and carried it with him when he left the room. He wasn't going to get answer any quicker by just sitting around.]

[ooc: Open to any part of the castle you want to find him wandering around.]

Heh, I must admit it makes it more difficult in that my world did not have such things. And even if they did, I do not think I would ever visit one. My meals were always prepared for me and served.

Oh, then I suppose not. Not to mention I do not think my guards would enjoy me having food made by strange hands.

Ah well, I shall be sure to avoid it then if it ever appears here.

McDonald's? This is the name of such a place?

[He shook his head]

Such strange names, these places - these 'fast foods'.

[He shook his head.]

These modern worlds - sometimes I am glad mine own world is not like them.

Like what? Cars? Those things are death traps.

[He rode once, and though he sort of liked it, it still made his stomach queazy thinking on it.]

I would imagine so. It will be useful here, in certain situations.

[He was silent a moment, biting his lip, it seemed and then sighed.]

This place is not so peaceful as it looks. There are tears and strife and blood.

Sometimes it is not the castle that does these things. It is the people here that do them.

[He took a bit of duck and ate it, swallowing thickly.]

It is like home, personally. I am used to warring, though the difference lies in that the people here are not all united or friends or even from the same worlds.

[identity profile] wishmadeinfire.livejournal.com 2011-07-24 04:02 am (UTC)(link)
Precisely. We should, at the least, I think, try and organize groups and understand who can fight how and train people to defend themselves.

What comic is Apollo from anyways?

Some might and some might not. It is so different between their pride and their customs that it is hard to tell and often times none of know much about each other's worlds.
