[As Krasus looks away, Alleria squints at him. She isn't quite sure what he meant by that -- a gentle reprimand for treating Vereesa as a child? An understanding of her own pain? Or something else?

Fortunately, she doesn't have very much patience for such complexities. It's why Farstriders don't make very good diplomats.]
