[Sanji isn't sure of a lot of things, but not having fallen asleep in some sort of restaurant, well, that's... that's something he's sure he didn't do. His face had been firmly planted into a counter top, and he's sitting on a stool, and his back HURTS, DAMN.
And it looks like it's not just him that's waking up in this place.]
...Huh? Oi, what the hell's going on now?!
[ooc: Open, herp. Uhhh probably not for journal use, since we'll just be reading Paradisa: The Comic Book. Feel free to threadjack in this post if you want some generalized 'wtf diner' threadage.]

I don't know, I just woke up here myself. Which is weird because I wasn't asleep in the first place. [Cocks her head sideways] What's your shirt say?

Neither was I. From the look of things, I'm betting this is one of those "castle" things I've heard about.
[He glances at his shirt. He hasn't worn this since he got out of social services as a teenager.]
Def Leppard. It's a musical group where I come from. An old one.

Is it an Earth holiday? I thought I had them all down.
[Deaf Leopard, huh? Are all human bands that bad at spelling? OH WELL- at this point the comic catches her eye again, and she reaches down and flips it cover-side-up. And..............]
... Hey, look at this.

Not that I know of. Mother's Day isn't too far off, but that's not a major holiday.
[He didn't name the band, he just liked them as a hormonal, war-conditioned teenager. When Aradia gestures to the comic, Raiden gets a look at it, and his eyes momentarily widen in surprise.]
Paradisa...a comic book? That's strange.
[He'll flip it open, turning it so they can both read it. It looks like typical Paradisa activity, but of course in comic book style...until he reaches a page where someone is talking about how odd the speech bubbles are, and how annoying.]
Hmm.
[Sorry Aradia, that's all the reaction you're getting out of him.]

Weird... is this happening in real time? [She flips to the last page, trying to see where it ends, but in much the same way as the journals, it doesn't really have a last page.] I don't see anybody in there who's out here, too. Do you think they've noticed us missing?

[That gets a raise of the eyebrow too. Raiden didn't much like the "magic" of the castle, but he respected it.]
Doesn't seem like it. They're all so concerned about everyone being able to read their thoughts that they don't notice anything else. I don't blame them.

[Aaaand she flips a couple of pages backwards.]
And I guess if we get bored we can review the comic ironically or something.
