[Those filters done, Kite decides to adress the residents themselves. To those who know the AI, he sounds unusually chipper but that's because he's turned up his happiness files.]

I-I have a riddle for everyone t-today.

Over the Keel Mountains,
Meets an ape with human speech.
The ape asks,
"What clings to you?
Bear it—you cannot.
Accept it—you cannot.
But hidden—it is from you.
Recite its name."

It is something attached to a person they cannot acknowledge. This particular riddle applyed to the orginal Kite as well belonged to the story that my world is based off of.

....I do recall you mentioning that you are a program of some kind.. I suppose you would be quite easy to replicate, if that is truly the case.

There was only one 'Kite'. I was created after he choose to leave The World.

Your shadow. In the case of this riddle, it meant The Hidden One, Cubia as the reflection of Kite's Twilight Bracelet.

I see... so you have been designated as his 'replacement'.

What a peculiar answer that is; it seems odd to be unable to acknowledge one's own shadow, do you not think? And it is often not hidden, to my knowledge... But I suppose the point of a riddle it to be difficult in soem way.

It mostly means 'another side' to a person. Light always has a shadow. The Twilight Bracelet represented the 'Light of hope' to saving The World while Cubia was the 'Darkness'. Kite did not realize it until he was near the end of his journy.

Quite peculiar that the 'savior' of your world left it not long after his journey had inevitably come to an end... A human being or one of their creations, it seems that those who move to act in the 'best interest' of their worlds often do not live through it.

...How utterly selfish of the world.

He is still alive. The World is an online game for humans to play. Kite choose to leave because the Cursed Wave was stopped and those who had been placed in comas were freed. His goal was complete.

He is alive in 'the real world'. But in your world... it certainly seems as though he 'died', does it not?

After all, if it were not relatively impossible to bring him back to 'The World', then you would not have been created, would you?

True. I am what remains of his character data after that fire destroyed the first game. He could not come back to his orginal character.

Then I believe that means the original 'Kite' is dead.

In my world anyways. Who knows..? There's still the chance he might decide to play the game again.

Perhaps... but even if he did, would be be 'Kite' once more?

That I am unsure of. Humans grow and change as they become older. The Kite I was based on may be completely different if he came back to The World. Regardless, I would like to meet him. While I do posses his memories I would like to know why he choose to do certian things.
