44 ... adrift in time

It ... just occured to me. I've been here a whole year.

I don't even remember being home that long.

[To celebrate, 7's going to be going on a solitary patrol, riding Ruffian around the castle (keeping inside, because this cat has become extremely spoiled), just ruminating on everything that's happened between here and home.]

I ... don't know. I've gotten used to this place, but, I don't like the idea of getting too comfortable. I've had too many friends go home to forget that that happens.

And on the other hand, it has it's moments, but ... it's really the people that make it tolerable. [Yes she does mean people like you, Wash, deal with it.]

So, I think the answer would be 'a little bit of both'?

Getting too comfortable is a risk beyond belief. Between that and the losses.
