Yes...

In my world "witch hunts" have a very...negative connotation to it. People would be accused of sorcery or associating with the devil and would be put to death. Thousands of people died and often times they weren't even real sorcerers, just falsely accused people.

It's not too common. I mean, I grew up around it but...I've been to many villages where the people had either never seen real magic or they don't allow it. I've even been kicked out a couple villages because of my Innocence.
