[Lost, as the castle has condemned him to be, Sora slipped from an unknown room to wander the halls. He wears his Paradisa High sweat jacket over a matching tee, which dangle off his frame like a tent. As he wanders he hugs the journal to his chest and rubs his eyes dazedly with his free hand. His voice is groggy and weak- after all, he had been ill before this growing-up business had reared its ugly head.]

...Is everything over now?

[he moves to sit against the wall beside him, knees pulled half-way to his chest. he slings an arm carefully around Sora's shoulders, giving him a little comforting squeeze]

No matter how many times it tests us, we won't break. We have strong friends to rely on, right...?

Next time something happens, I'll make sure to find you, Sora. Things don't seem so scary if we stick together...

[Sora tucks his face against him instead, leaning his little body against his side.]

What if we're already broken?

[laying a hand on his head, he clicks his tongue gently.]

Come, now. I wouldn't allow that!

[Squirmings to get comfortable. His feet are bare and sit atop one of his boots, so they won't be trod on.]

[fingers smooth over dark hair soothingly. poor boy...]

[Sora coos, cozy. It's a gentle sound, like the hush of a dove.]

So I can still break?

[he taps a finger against his chin thoughtfully]

But! I meant it when I said I wouldn't let that happen.

[Sora looks up at him with only his eyes a moment.]

Really? But what if you were busy like last time?

[Well, he was in a locker. Being very quiet. Sora squirms a bit to curl closer and settle.]

Don't apologize for something like that. Friends look out for each other! Even if you were the strongest man in Paradisa, I'd still make sure I said those words to you.

Now. How about we go somewhere warm and comfy? You look pretty sleepy, and I don't think dozing in the hallway is conducive to a good night's rest...

Alright. [He shifts to stand and stumbles a little, skittering on the smooth marble.] Wah.

[flskjdf... he starts pulling himself to his feet, and juts a hand out to gently catch Sora by the shoulder and steady him]

A-ah-- are you okay?

I'm fine. Just dizzy. I think I haven't eaten in a while. Jilly said that makes people sick?

...When was the last time you had something to eat? [oh, Lord. can't he just adopt you? he wants to. he wants to adopt you and spoil you forever.

he offers him his hand... but something tells Abel he's going to end up picking up his little lamb and carrying him the rest of the way, soon.]

Um. ...The Cafeteria? How long ago was that?

[Sora's determined to walk for a little while, anyway. After all, how else will he grow big and strong?]

[he gives a playful growl before scooping him off his feet - for his teasing enthusiasm taking care not to jostle him too much as he hefts Sora up to carry him to his shoulder.]
