I understand everyone trapped here comes from different worlds, though it must be really powerful magic to do that sort of thing in the first place probably those bloody stupid wizards in that fancy university ballsing things up. Anyway, to that end I'm trying to find those people from my world. Does this mean anything to anyone here?

...I imagine you other people have Star Eagles or Star Whales or something to travel though space on as opposed to a Star Turtle. Though it must be harder for your elephants to stand on those types of Star Creatures. How you all don't slide off is beyond me.

Not that I know of? I'm not a physicist, but I'm pretty sure that gravity holds it in rotation around our sun.

Isn't it supposed the be the other way around? The sun going around the planet? It doesn't make sense for the planet to go around the sun, it would never get anywhere, it would just be going around and around all the time.

Well ... that is the point. If the Earth wasn't held in orbit around the sun, then its possible that it would collide with all the other planets it shares the system with.

There are eight planets in the solar system Earth is in. Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Then there's also various moons that oribt them individually.
