So if people have a question, they just... say it into the journal? This still feels so strange.

Um, a lot of people have mentioned that it's been so hot lately, has anyone attempted to install air conditioning in their room? Other appliances like computers work here, so while there wouldn't normally be that sort of technology in the castle, I was wondering if anyone tried it. It might be a good solution to the heat until it becomes cooler.

I would have tried it myself, but I've never installed something quite like that before. [haha, and she's afraid if she just wishes for it the castle will stick one like... on her bed] But if someone else might want to attempt it, we could try it together?

[or if you want to run into her in the kitchen, she'll be grabbing a popsicle]

I suppose as long as everyone is happy with what they have, they are free to use what they will.

Indeed. No castle I've been in has been this diverse to begin with. [there are always ghosts, though. always... so many ghosts...]

You mean aside from said conveniences? [that's her... kind of joking. a little. yes.] Yes. If this place had been described to me at home, I would think it a prison, an asylum, perhaps. Some outer worls may very well be as such.

It really does sound like a prison, doesn't it.

If there were not the conveniences here, I certainly would see it labeled as such.

And there is a certain amount of freedom, more then a real prison.
