Before Damian even knew me, he said he hated me. I don't know what he's told you, but I don't do anything to him. I've tried to be friendly with him, but he just rejects it. Violently.

It's a long story--a really long one--but he pretty much formed his opinion about me before actually getting to know me. He doesn't have any interest in getting to know me beyond what he thinks he knows. He thinks I'm a failure.
