Awesome, but see that's a religion that kinda looks back. Like way, way, way back.

It's alright, and I don't meant to alarm you, but have you considered what might happen if Lucifer and Michael come to the castle? [one of those, 'yep I didn't think you had' nods]

As in the Devil and the Archangel?

Yes. Exactly.

[flack]

[crosses his arms in front of his chest before leaning in the doorway]

Okay. This should be good.

[a look, don't make him seem more crazy that he... well, don't make him seem crazy]

Think it's hard to believe? Jesus is in the castle, right this minute. I've read back in that journal? Death's been here too. Some girl named Eve too, but I'm not sure if she seemed like the first woman or just a lawyer.

[he's a detective and a New Yorker to boot. he can't help it.]

Yeah, I heard about Jesus. And I was here when Death was here, so I'm aware. But what exactly do you think I should do should the Devil and Michael show up here in the castle?

Sam and Dean are here, and they'll save us. [grin]

And who, exactly, are Sam and Dean?

They're in the book... I... [looks at Don's empty hand] Oh!

[reaches into his back-pack and hands him Ta-Da! The First Supernatural Book]

This is Sam and Dean. [oh, wait] Okay, but they don't look like that. I mean, I didn't know that they were real, and the publisher suggested that, and I didn't know what to do... so, but yeah, they're Hunters.

[flack]

Why... [confused look] Why would I be joking?

[... sighs as he hands the book back]

Look, no offense buddy, but I think my faith is just fine. But thanks for tryin'.

[glances down to the book being handed back to him]

It's alright. [sighs] I appreciate you listening to me though, and I hope that you have a lovely day.
