Might as well do this while I'm thinking about it. Hi, I'm Alec McDowell. Figured I'd say hey so that everyone knows I'm the sane one. To put it mildly. I'm sure Maxie's already mentioned my twin brother, Ben. So this is me introducing myself so that everyone knows who I am.

It went alright. Though we realized that I'm a younger version of him. Or damn near what he could've been years ago.

[there's a long silence, because honestly Jo seems at a loss for what to do. Sam rambles forever when things are wrong, and this is just the opposite, so she'll just move a bit closer and reach for his hand, because she does want to help him at least relax a bit]

[He blinks a bit and looks down at the hand holding his own before curling up against her a bit giving a deep purr]

[laughs a bit at that, because it wasn't what she was expecting at all, but that's not a bad thing, just a different thing]

Honestly though, this is actually easy stuff compared to what I usually have to handle.

First it was just me being busy, then Sam fell down the stairs, and he went back home. Not forever though, I guess people really do just pop back home for a visit and come back.

The last time I'd been kissed... it was right before I died. I don't know, I think I just over thought it all too much.

I probably shouldn't of sprung the kiss on you the way I did. Though I don't regret it and can't say I wouldn't want to do it again.

It's alright. [smirks] I liked it, I wouldn't mind it again, either.

Just, you should know, it was Dean. Which is why there's over thinking.

[a beat] Dean doesn't know, and I don't really feel like telling him either.

You shouldn't tell a guy you wouldn't mind it again. Because he might be inclined to kiss you again because of it.

[he raises a brow at that]

He knows I know you. That's about it.

[laughs lightly, but shakes her head]

The Dean that's here now, he's from two years ago. It's just different, and he's got Max - or at least I'm pretty sure he's got Max.

Either way, he already feels bad enough that I die on his watch, and I didn't want him to think I was hoping for something that wasn't there either.
