[So, it turns out it's relatively easy not to freak out about waking up in a bed that's not yours when you've convinced yourself that somebody spiking your morning coffee is entirely possible. But a talking book is still kind of freaky, so he's been spending the last couple minutes flipping pages. Not actually reading, just flipping.]
Testing. Testing, one, two, thr-- Oh, it writes everything down, too. In... my handwriting. Thaaat's not creepy at all.
[An awkward pause, and he clears his throat. To, you know, be professional. In his own hallucination.]
So, uh, does the Magical Talking Book talk back, or is this not that kind of hallucination? Because I would really be okay with it not being that kind of hallucination.
