[It's a late night. Shannon, naturally, can't sleep. She hasn't really slept well at all since Kanon showed up. The journal has clicked open by accident. Her voice is quiet, low, as if she's trying not to wake someone up.]
... I don't want him here. He's a fool, to pretend not to know what happened.
[She sighs deeply, her voice getting muffled as she buries her face into her knees.]
I lost everything because of him...
