Feeling a bit restless?


Right, magic. You know, it doesn't actually exist where I'm from; the Time Lords imposed rationality on the universe during Rassilon's era. Of course, there's always someone claiming to be able to foretell the future -- which is particularly easy if you happen to travel in time -- or conjure up something-or-other, but it's all perfectly explainable. Slight of hand and illusions, mostly, and, well, Clarke's third law tends to take care of the rest.

So! I'm feeling more than a bit curious: who here is from a universe where magic exists, and what sort of rules does it follow?
