[footsteps as he leaves his room to go downstairs, but stops when he sees Gino's body]
Fuck...not again...what's with my luck..
[Footsteps speed up to a run as he goes over to the body; and stops as he starts inspecting the body]
[shouts over to the journal]
We got a body on the 6th floor.
[a pause as he sees...Gino's body has a journal on him]
And it's a resident.
