LOG ENTRY SERIAL #41: Counting the haunts
[taps the page with a pen, a clock behind goes crazy in accordance with each tap]. . .[Distant sounds of cats mewling and he knew its not his cats]. . .[Windows rattle violently but he pays no heed]. . .[A child laughter can be heard and he too pay no heed]
[writes down] Horrible nuances. Furniture and floor is bloody. Dead cats and lumps of flesh in my fridge. Nice try, whatever evil spirit tries to annoy me, but I'm a 400 years old retired monster. Haunt the innocent and the weak who couldn't stomach the nightmarish illusions. [The haunting noises continued and a chorus of 4 cats yowling] Those are my cats, alive.
