[For anyone who is in the lobby, they get to be witness to Reno storming into the lobby. He appears to be very wet as well as covered in marsh scum, slime and blood. He also appears to be very pissed off and ranting to no one in particular. Someone had a bad run in with a gator this morning]

For crying out loud, why's it always gotta be reptiles with this friggin' place!?

Seriously castle, throw something else at us sometime! [Yes, with air quotes] "Aliens", man eating lions, rock monsters- I don't care! Just knock it the hell off with the reptiles!

Log 062: Departure

[Backdated to this morning.

Raine is down in the lobby next to the TARDIS, its doors open and ready to take everyone out to the second barrier to begin the exploration journey. The plan is to take it out as far as it will go and then set out on horseback (or other-mount-back, as the case may be), and a little swampy land isn't going to deter them! In fact, Raine is determined that it will only make things more interesting.

Judging by the amount of mud her Quagsire is tracking around the place, he, at least, is pleased with the change.]

Anyone wishing to join us on the journey may come down to the lobby. We'll be leaving fairly soon, so be sure you've gathered all the supplied you need. I'll reinforce my recommendation for wet-weather clothing, and I'd recommend waterproof tents and the like as well. Please join us in the TARDIS - that would be the boxlike ship currently in the lobby, for those of you unfamiliar with it. Any last-minute additions are more than welcome to join as well, of course!

[Del is seated at the castle library front desk, her rainbow hair pulled back into a twist, small glasses sitting on her pert nose, and high heeled shoes on her feet.

Yes, she looks professional (gasp!). She is the new castle librarian for the next weekish (though she doesn't think of herself as new at all), and she'll be there to eavesdrop and make cryptic remarks that drive you up the wall.

But she still has the fishnets, never fear. They're just under a pencil skirt and lack the extra holes she usually supplies them with.

She speaks as she hands a book to a ghost, directing it to the proper shelf.]

[Alright ladies, gents and creatures of the castle... it's...

PARTY TIME

Ukitake has been working through yesterday's rain to bring up supplies from the town shops, and has spent all day setting things up in the castle.

There are stalls all through the lobby and into several rooms for the shops and bars that wanted to help... from discount cocktails at the Caritas stand, to coffee at the WildKat stand.

A children's play area surrounds the Candy Bonsai stand, in a room of it's own, with bean bags and toys and books ranging from small children to teenager. In the corner of the lobby is the raffle, prizes on display... which are (drum roll please):

- One date with Barney Stinson
- One bottle of vintage white wine
- Three bookmarks from The Magick Box II
- Two baskets of candles including: Rose, Violet and Slug
- One Beautiful painting by the artist Jilly Coppercorn
- One remote control truck
- One remote control helicopter
- One flowered pink kimono
- One bottle of premium sake
- One tea set
- Three huge baskets of assorted candy
- LATE ADDITION: Virgin Mary statue stuffed with drugs (thanks Anya)

There's also some fun and games stands - like hook-a-duck and mock basketball hoops - which are only a Casio a game. One particular game stand has a big paddling pool and a large bucket of wet sponges, sat in a chair above said pool is one Abel Nightroad, waiting for people to play: Dunk the Priest!

Let the fun begin!]

[Firo is at the bar. Just sipping his drink and thinking about how his life has been since arriving in Paradisa. He smiles as he thinks about all the different people he's met and all the new friends he's made. But then his thoughts shift back to home, and to Maiza and Ennis.]
